Courtney B. Vance Will be on The Closer final season

Brenda Leigh Johnson will almost certainly need a little help in The Closer Season 6, and Courtney B. Vance is the man for the job. The former Law & Order: Criminal Intent dvd and FlashForward season 1 dvd star will guest-star in. He may also return later in the season. Vance will play Deputy Chief Tommy Delk, the head of the LAPD's counter-terrorism division. He's introduced to help with a joint investigation between the FBI and the LAPD. As Brenda fights to stay a step ahead, Delk proves that he is just as clever as she is in manipulating the system. The 50-year-old Vance who appeared on ER 1-15 dvd set alongside wife Angela Bassett has also appeared in such films as The Hunt for Red October, Space Cowboys and The Preacher's Wife The Closer season 6 on dvd finale airs Monday at 9/8c on TNT.
