'Gossip Girl' exec promises Momsen return

Gossip Girl 's executive producer Stephanie Savage has confirmed that Taylor Momsen will return to the show.
Earlier this year, it emerged that Momsen, who plays Jenny, will be missing from the first episodes of the season.
The actress later hinted that she was planning to leave the show but Savage has now insisted that she will return in the future.
The fourth season of Gossip Girl premieres on September 14 on The CW.

The story also follows Chuck Bass (Ed Westwick), the bad boy of the Upper East Side, Nate Archibald (Chace Crawford), Chuck's best friend, and other characters of the turbulent Manhattan scene, Dan Humphrey (Penn Badgley), Nate's friend and Serena's on-again, off-again ex; Vanessa Abrams (Jessica Szohr), Dan's best friend; and Dan's sister Jenny (Taylor Momsen).
