Sky One picks up Stargate Universe

U.K. broadcaster Sky One has picked up the rights to air Stargate Universe, Variety reports. The network will begin the show in the fall, meaning new episodes of the third Stargate series will air in the United States and the United Kingdom very close together.Sky One aired new, first-run episodes of Stargate SG-1 and Stargate Atlantis cheap dvd 1-5, as well.The new deal struck with MGM gives Sky One the non-exclusive rights to Video On Demand and “download-to-own” for the entire Stargate catalog, Variety said.Universe is being created by Stargate Atlantis cheap dvd 1-5 creators Brad Wright and Robert C. Cooper, and is now filming in Vancouver, British Columbia. It stars Scottish actor Robert Carlyle (Trainspotting, The Full Monty) as Dr. Nicholas Rush.(http://www.dvdsetshop.com)
